If the Italian real estate market is in crisis, the same can not be said for the valuable buildings that in this period have not seen large declines in price.
The area of luxury real estate suffers the effects of the crisis. But while in the case of houses more accessible to the pockets of middle class citizens there is a significant drop in transactions, for luxury properties the situation is decidedly better. So much so that, in months in which to pull the strap to the most seems to have become the byword, there is who does not mind the costs. Not everywhere is like this, in some places, the real estate crisis is a concept that glosses over the constructors. Such as Shanghai, once considered the Paris of the East, which is regaining the charm and prestige of the past.
Shanghai one of the homelands of the new luxury, who can now provide to travelers who love the prestige, the best in every respect. Even with the recession, the face of this metropolis, consisting of 20 million people, is still undergoing expansion, where districts and streets are being renovated in the Western colonial-style. New features include sidewalks of the city with bars and cafes in Western style, boutique, luxury hotels and high-end restaurants such as the one of the famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

- Well here something else to chew on:
The S&P 500 P/E Ratio has more than DOUBLED from the end of 2008, which at 60.7 was a historic figure at the time!
Why is this happening and what’s the outlook going forward?
The current P/E Ratio for the S&P 500 Index is at a whopping 143.95, per their website. That’s more than 3 times its historical average!!! Is no one shocked by this figure???
To put this figure in perspective, the S&P 500 P/E ratio throughout and after the Internet Bubble of the late 1990s/early 2000 was in the high 20s and low 30s. And we all know how that turned out!

Even before finding another source of income to supplement your salary it is first very important to implement changes to your spending and saving habits. By doing this one will secure a stable financial base in the future. It is imperative to have a habit of saving as a way of acquiring financial discipline.
A habit of saving will ensure that you become financially independent in the future, but there are some radical steps one needs to adopt early to achieve this. The first thing to do is monitor your expenditure, this you do by writing down your daily expenses. Note the amount of cash you use on each item that you purchase for about two months. This way you will know where you are overspending and hence review your monthly expenditure.
From there determine how much you can afford to save on a monthly basis, making sure that you don’t overstretch yourself. Also as you save put aside some money for emergencies.

Money management consists of four basic principles: earning, spending, saving, and investing. While earning makes it possible to spend, saving makes it possible to invest. Thus, an essential part of any sound money management plan is savings. Apart from earning more than you spend, you must also save money for an emergency or for an investment. Moreover, you need to save for both short and long-term goals. A money market account is one way of saving, and it is important to know how to find the best money market rates. What Is A Money Market Account? A money market account is a special savings account offered by banks and credit unions. It offers a higher interest rate than a traditional savings account and is just as low in risk. It is designed to yield financial growth over the life of the account. Money market accounts are also known as money market deposit accounts. Many times, they are referred to by their first letters. So, you will hear someone refer to a money market account as an MMA or to a money market deposit account as an MMDA.

With the news that Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. is selling its stakes in Chinese TV stations, the focus of attention for investing in China’s massive media market again concentrates on the joint venture as the only permissible route into the market. With a total readership of 1.4 billion, the stakes are high in China in terms of potential advertising revenues, yet the Chinese government is wary of letting foreign investors gain too much of an upper hand in terms of content.
